It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct delivery address when placing an order. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address provided by the customer, a re-delivery fee will be charged and payable by the customer. Our shipping partner will carefully wrap and secure the parcels before mailing. We are not responsible for any damages, slow delivery, or lost packages during transit caused by the courier company. If the order is damaged or lost during the shipping process, the customer should contact us immediately. Our shipping partner will deliver to the indicated address and require a signature on the confirmation delivery slip.

Free delivery within Peninsular Malaysia is available for orders over RM150 (West Malaysia only). For orders delivered to East Malaysia (Chargeable), please allow 3-7 business days from the date of order. International delivery may take 15-30 days, and in some cases, up to 60 days depending on the courier performance and destination country's regulations. The customer will receive an email once the goods have been dispatched. The estimated delivery timescale is a general estimate and not a guaranteed timeframe, as it is dependent on courier performance. We strive to ensure that orders are delivered as quickly as possible.
